Chris Brown is downplaying the Los Angeles City Attorney's decision to charge him with hit-and-run and driving without a valid license in connection with a fender-bender, saying he followed proper procedures, but the woman whose Mercedes he hit was "thinking of a payday from Chris Brown."
"My lawyers will be contacting you," he tweeted Monday. "I will not stand for this bullying and yellow journalism!
